Raubstaat England Cigarette Album

Flag_of_the_NSDAP_(1920–1945).svgThis propaganda book, produced in 1941, represented an oddly German phenomenon. These albums were sold to the general public and the citizen would redeem coupons packaged with their cigarette packets in order to receive the packages of “cigarette card” illustrations that they could then mount in the album. The subject of this particular one, titled “Robber State England” provides a very slanted view of English historical misdeeds and colonial oppression.
