Kiwi Medals

In the same week, from the same guy, a lowly Imperial Service Medal issued to Rowland Birchall. Rowland was awarded this in 1985 upon his retirement from the Ministry of Defence where he worked as a Overlooker. Whatever the hell that is. Maybe some kind of supervisor?
